Went to Geelong today and snapped some photos. I didn’t expect the beach there to be so spectacular – the clear blue greenish water and its surroundings are breath-taking. Up the beach-side slope is the Eastern Park, and it’s quite a remarkable park as well, with a shooting range, botanical garden, sports and recreational facilities, a zoo, all covered in one park.

Geelong is the second largest city in the state of Victoria, Australia. A port city of approximately 190,000 people (est. Nov 2005) located on Corio Bay, Geelong is located 75 kilometres south-west of the states capital, Melbourne.
