White is the new Black.

I really like the City in its original Black Hawk Night Pearl’s color, but it’ll get all the “spider-webs” the first time it got out of any car wash after polish/wax, even if I wash it super-carefully.

Due to its dark color, the “web” appears pretty obviously under the sunshine.

All doors and bonnets are removed to enable the hidden space to be sprayed.

The engine bay. Wirings and coverings are moved aside for the spray job.

The new paint is a 2 layer paint consisting of white-color as the basecoat and the bluish silver white pearl as the top coat.

Backside also kena sprayed!

Took a shot of this little annoying siren. It’s not something that I can see everyday. The siren is hidden somewhere to prevent car burglars from easily disabling it. Unlike those “P” and “P” cars where you could stop the alarm sounding within 5 seconds by opening up the bonnet and cut off the wire cause the siren is basically right in front of you, on the wall in front of your dashboard.

All the seats and carpets were removed too. 0-gauge wire looped around the steering.

If you’re looking for the answer whether the 4th generation City (2003 model) bodykit or carbon fiber hood would fit into the 3rd generation’s, here’s the comparison photo to clear the “maybe’s” and “should be’s”.

Left circle indicates the difference in the shape of the hood. 2003 model has a straight line down towards the end while the 2006 had a small curve to allow room for the headlamp.

Right circle indicates the difference in the height of the arch. 4G has slightly taller arch than the 3G’s.

I’ve actually asked my bodykit supplier, who’s the middleman and not the manufacturer, the same question, and this is what I got in his reply.

Yes, it should fit because the way I see it, there’s not much difference between 2003 and 2006.

Yeah right. And then I’ve go on and asked a Lelong seller who sells the same exact bodykit. The answer is still the same.

It “should” fit.

I’ve to make this comparison photo just to show them that they’re not of the same shape and it doesn’t fit. Some of the nicer bodykits are only available for Honda City 4G. So I’ve to wait until they create a mould for 3G models. By the way, will have a new bodykit for my City before the end of the year. The current Mugen style is kinda out-dated already :/

Introducing the Lanzar brothers. These 2 Lanzard Heritage woofers can produces tight-ass bass at 2000watt max! I’ve actually turned the woofer inside out afterwards to let it play as subs. Photos and videos will be shown at the end of the whole project.

I’ve actually left that woofer set out of the car for almost 5 months now due to its weight. Now it’s time to put it back to use before it starts to rot!

My Honda City has been in quite a mess of late. A few months back, I’ve removed the 2 Lanzars at the rear boot to cut weight for I’ve to travel in between Sibu and Miri quite a lot. Leaving behind this mess.

Removed wires. Even the thin board covering the spare tires are gone.

Bintulu’s auto show will be held on the Christmas eve and Christmas this year. There’ll be plenty of competitors from around the state, but due to time constraint, my shop won’t be participating this event.
