This is a DIY dog cage for the 2 German Sheppies in the house. It took full 3 days for material sourcing, measuring and cutting, welding, roofing and flooring, and finally, painting.

The completed dog cage, placed just beside the water reservoir from the local fire rescue department. Mandatory for building projects like this.

The roof. Left-overs from the main building’s roofing project.

Bruce on the left. Xene on the right. Xene is really naughty and always tried to escape from her new home.
Total cost of the cage:
4 pieces of 4′ x 8′ metal net (good for BBQ :D) - RM136.
2 simple door locks - RM8
2 pairs of door hinges - RM24
Hollow steel pipes sourced from Krokop shop. Not sure about the cost.
Welding rods - Approx. RM10
Electricity - unaccounted.
Roofing plates left-over from the shop’s project.
3 cans of obsolete car paint. Valued at RM30.
1-2 Steel rods. Approx. RM60.
Total: RM268. Plus the unaccounted misc. Should be less than RM350.

Must let them run always ma… Else no muscle one very ugly le…
They spend mostly in their cage? Not good lo.
They’ve grown quite big.
wong: They’re about 4 months old. Will let them out at night when the shop is fully done and when they grow older. They’re still too young to be let free. There’s lots of cases of dog theft of late, especially around the Tudan/Pujut area. My 1 year old rottie was stolen just earlier this year.
Che-Cheh: Will let them free when they grow up la. lol.
