Checkpoint 1 - 2 | Checkpoint 3 | Checkpoint 4 | Road Works | Finishing Touches
Progress on the building is going smoothly with pace. Cement were poured onto the first floor platform 2 days ago. Thanks to the bright sunshine, the cement solidifies and dry up quicker than expected. Works on the 2nd floor can now begin. I can start packing my stuffs and get ready to move back to Miri soon 
Checkpoint No.3
October 13th, 2007.
A temporary gate to the Lutong-Kuala Baram Highway. Provides an easy access for the lorries to unload sands and building materials.
Scattered woods. Over tonnes of them are used so far.
This column wasn’t in the plan. The contractor suggested an additional columns be built to avoid cracks under heavy loads.
Beautiful morning sky. Fantastic view on the first floor towards the Lutong-Kuala Baram highway.

The rear end of the building. This will be turned into tarred pathway for cars to access the building.
There are 2 more lots of empty lands beyond the rear of the building.
The building is scheduled to be completed and handed over by January 2008. Watch out for the new age automotive store in Miri

a column built when it’s not in plan? contractor will not be so generous one,they must have read the plan wrong.but it’s going to be ok.

clement: Dude, we have to pay for the extra column. It’s not free =.=. They suggested it to us prior to building it. We agreed to their suggestion, which I think is pretty reasonable.
