Because that sticker is done by Riverside Motorcycles in London. Their mechanic, one of the best in UK is Japanese! It's not meant to be "racist". The joke it's always been between american bike engineering and japanese. Not only a joke but a proper industry challenge. That van belongs to some Hells Angels supporter or hangaround, not a proper full patched. Possibly someone quite thick too if they said such a thing to you buddy. Take care! Don G.
